Welcome! We would love to see your work in English as well as Japanese.

haiku in English is less formal than Japanese haiku and there are many different styles, if you look around the forum you’ll see examples of the variety we have in English.

Looking forward to seeing your work and hope you enjoy the forum.

    Kouta Tamaru

Hi nice to meet you. My haiku name is Kouta Tamaru. I live in Saitama Japan. Age 67, I've been writing Japanese haiku for 6-7years belonging kessya named Ginka, English haiku just for 2months.
As a novice I've puzzled the difference between English and Japanese one. Both have their own deep relish, I think, and would like to pursue them with your supports. Thanks.
